Hello, I’m Jaynée, A dedicated health and fitness coach with 20 years of experience in the world of fitness and wellness. I offer both in-person sessions in New York City and virtual training options. I specialize in one-on-one coaching, delivering a personalized approach to fitness, strength and overall well-being.
Health and wellness have been cornerstones of my life since childhood. Growing up with an active lifestyle and pursuing it through my academic years led to a profound realization: an active body fosters an active mind, culminating in robust and healthy thought processes. This understanding propelled me to earn a degree in Exercise Physiology, deepening my passion for health and wellness.
My degree in Exercise Science, combined with certifications across a variety of fitness modalities and my recent certification from Harvard Medical School’s Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching program, has equipped me with the knowledge, skills and passion to refine my craft. Over the past 20 years, the transformative joy and fulfillment I’ve experienced have been immense. However, true change is cultivated through encouragement, commitment, motivation and staying grounded.
